This album was written and recorded from the fall of '97 to the fall of '98 in Nico's home studio. The music evolved as we experimented and jammed often late into the night. We recorded everything with three microphones using two ADAT decks, learning recording techniques along the way. Our goal was to create a mostly accoustic, jamming, melodic sound that is not "produced" and that reflects all the fun we had putting it all together.
